Here are some pics of a stainless Colt Gunsite Pistol that I recently made some upgrades to.

Frame to slide fit welded and refit
Welded frame tangs and fitted CMC beavertail
Reshaped wide Ed Brown thumb safety
Gold dot front sight, side beveled and pinned
H-D logo recoil spring plug & fitted barrel bushing
Barrel flush crowned with bushing
Function Relaibility package with FP stop & extractor
Carry trigger job -w- three hole trigger & EGW ignition set
Serrated flat MSH with round butt mod
VZ 320 grips

Very Nice!! :!: Were you welding up the little triangular shaped corners on the underside of the frame tangs that are so common on Colts or was it something else that needed attention?

That is all business. Very clean and simple. I really like the detail work on the bottom of the grip panels.

Thanks and good to hear from you. This one got welded because it was already cut for a S&A beavertail and was cut a little bit too much. I haven't encountered the little triangular holes since I've switched to CMC beavertails.

This is the nicest Colt Gunsite I've ever seen. It's hard to work from an existing gun with limitations to what one can do, but you improved this gun 200%.
