Colt NRM Commander tuned by Richard Fletcher / Fletcher Custom

former internals

details:

- reliability package
- tighten/lap slide to frame fit
- carry grade trigger job (4.5#)
- stake/loctite plunger tube
- EB slide stop
- retain factory barrel - ream chamber/throat/recrown muzzle
- EB barrel bushing
- mag release relieved to prevent trapping magazines
- bevel magazine well
- relieve GI grip safety for commander ring hammer
- MGW serrated ramp front sight silver soldered
- King's hardball rear sight
- refinish - satin beadblast blue

Only ~500 rounds of WWB 230gr FMJ down the pipe since her return, but zero malfunctions. Fantastic trigger, puts it right where you point it, and goes bang every time - can't ask for much more :P

Turnaround was ~5 months, price was fair and the workmanship great. I'm a minimal frills / plain jane kinda guy, and she's just what I wanted - thank you Richard!

Very nice! Looks like a perfect companion to your colt 9mm 1911.

Tom....VERY nice indeed, I had heard a lot of great things about Fletcher's when I lived in Northern Virginia and it is obvious now why! You are going to have to quit posting this stuff.......you are becoming a very BAD influence on me (and my budget). First the Dave Sams custom Colt Agent (guess where mine is as we speak!) and now this beauty........Enjoy her my friend--John
