The build list:
Fit slide to frame. Weld and pin hardened inserts.
Kart match barrel.
Wilson barrel link.
Two Wolff recoil springs.
Rogers' 'Bobnose' including match crown, match bushing, golfballed recoil spring
plug.
Flatten and golfball top of slide. Arrowhead pattern.
Dovetailed front sight with Trijicon tritium lamp. Green with white outline.
Rogers' 'Tier One' rear sight with two Trijicon tritium lamps. Yellow with
no white outline.
Front side serrations.
Remachine rear slide serrations.
French cuts.
Ball cuts.
Machine 60 degree bevel on bottom of slide.
Rework ejection port.
Two, tuned and golfballed Wilson extractors.
Oversize, fitted firing pin stop with small corner radius.
Rogers' barstock ejector including remachining of ejector slot in slide.
Golfball rear of slide and frame.
Brown's 'Hardcore' slide stop. Reconfigured and golfballed.
Shorten and radius slide stop pin. Chamfer right hand side of hole in frame.
Barstock plunger tube. Permanently affixed.
Harden and polish slide stop and thumb safety plungers.
Wolff plunger spring.
Brown's wide ambidextrous thumb safety. Recontoured. Stop pin for right
hand paddle.
Smith and Alexander grip safety. High cut and golfballed.
Extended magazine release, Shortened, angled and golfballed.
Wolff #1 mag catch spring.
Greider medium length trigger. Internally lightened.
Wilson 'Ultralight' hammer.
Wilson match sear.
Wolff sear spring.
Wolff 23lb. mainspring.
Trigger job 3 3/4lbs.
Stan Chen magazine well and mainspring housing. Golfballed.
High cut and golfball front strap.
Carry bevel package. Medium.
Davidson grips. Warthog texture. Black and grey.
Narrow slot grip screws.
Manganese phosphate and Cerakote all. 'Sniper Grey' with 'Graphite
Black' accents.
CMC Power Mag +. Concealment base pad. Cerakoted.
Test ammo and range time.
