Sometimes I get behind on my duties as staff photographer at the ‘ol Heirloom Precision shop. And when looking through my catalog of photos this evening I found a few Hi-Powers that I had long ago photographed but yet to showcase.

The Hi-Power remains a very popular gun because at its core it possess all of the basic necessities that make for an effective fighting handgun. When done well the Hi-Power is very easy to carry, has an excellent single action trigger, useable sights, and outstanding ergonomics all while displaying classic beauty in a package that holds a bucket of bullets to boot!

Here are three guns, each done in slightly differing styles, but all superb examples of what this classic Browning design can become. Enjoy!

Those safeties are graceful like a Miss Universe contestant in the evening gown competition! Mighty fine BHP's.

Hello. As one long-addicted to the Hi Power, this thread only increased the cravings and deepens the madness. Those are VERY beautifully done in my estimation.

Best to all and good shooting.

The blending of the serrations between the sight and rear of the slide in that 2nd pic were VERY nicely done.

AMEN to that post ASI....Mr. Camp will be missed, and was always a perfect gentleman to help a pesky young fan like myself.

G'Day Jason,
Are those leather thingy's photo'ed with the BHP's John Ralston's efforts?
Credit where credit is due. Or who?
