This gentleman sent me a big letter '70 Series Colt Gov't for a bit of work along with a list of items he wanted done, and it just made it's way back to the left coast. Requested for this build were 25 LPI checkering front and rear, bevelled magazine well, flattened and serrated slide with Ghost Arrows, beavertail, match bushing with re-crown on the original barrel, the requisite trigger job with a Wilson hammer and one of John Harrisons triggers, specified were a 10-8 rear sight with tritium front and rear. The slide stop was afattened and the frame bevelled, serrated rear of slide to match the rear sight and a set of VZ thin grips. He supplied a Kings ambi to install which he had stashed away, and Glenrock did the blue. It looked like the stock barrel was going to work out just fine as the pics show.
I'm still looking for a better camera and lighting, so once again please excuse the photo quality.
