Hey Tim thats awsome. But are you running a standard guide rod on that pony? Looks like it but I have heard so many bad things about that system, what do you say oh guru of the gun?

I'm not Mr. Brian but I don't believe that is a stock bushing. Very nice Officer's Mr. Brian.

I love my stainless Officers Model. It is probably my favorite gun I own in spite of some much finer custom pieces in the lineup.
It's just so fun to shoot and surprisingly accurate.

That said, I love yours more !

Very nice. The polished chamfers are really something, and your lines on the beavertail are great. An officers models will never look better.

My favorite carry weapon of all mine and none of my three have ever had a problem.
Most definitely dressed up and ready to work!

Same here....I have one customized by Dave Erickson and a stock one sitting in the safe that I swear I am leaving alone.......then I see Tim's work...argghhh!

Tim, is that an EGW bushing and a recoil spring plug of your own fabrication?

Besides being an outstanding gun, the detail polishing of all those bevels is mind boggling.

Incredible.

That's beautiful!

I went to the Colt booth at SHOT and practically begged them to do another run of OMs. No dice.
