Shooter insisted that we did not do any "pretty" work to the pistol so minimal cosmetic finishing was done... so be easy

Very nicely done. Can you give a little more info--who made the barrel and the ignition/trigger parts, the grip, scope, etc? What is the trigger pull?

Barrel: Barrel is an in-house unit, with rifling cut for wadcuters (we are a manufacturer of 1911 components: frames, slides, barrels, grip safeties etc)
Ignition: Extreme Engineering Ultralight
Trigger: Pull is set to 3.5lb as per regulation, Trigger is modified to ride on bearings
Optic: Ultradot Matchdot 2 MOA
Grip: Herrett with custom used motor oil stain
Coating: Black Nickel-Teflon, we market as Obsidian. Hardened to RC70 and applied at .0001"
