This toy started out as a satin nickel Colt Series 70. The nickel was stripped, the slide was milled for a 10-8 "U" notch rear sight, a Trijicon HD front with orange surround. The ejection port was lowered and beveled as well as the bottom of the slide. The frame was serrated and high cut. All new internals my E2 behind a Harrison design smooth faced trigger. The hammer is a Wilson Ultra Light. Thumb safety is a modified EGW. The barrel is a Kart NM with an EGW thick flange carry bevel bushing. The grip safety is a modified and blended EGW. Grips were supplied by the client, I milled in his Colt medallions. Grip screws and small pins are nitre blued. Tack driver at 25 yards, zeroed for Poa/Poi. The finish is a slightly brushed hard chrome overall with matte rounds. Enjoy your toys while you can.
