Gentlemen,

I wanted to write each and everyone of my friends here on the board, but that would take a heck of a lot of time of which I have very little left. I hope that its ok that I do it all at once here on the board. If its not appropriate, Im sorry.

Ill be shipping out very soon and probably wont get back to the board for a while. As soon as I can though, I will be looking forward to reading about all of your good works mixed with lots of great gun pron. The kindness and true concern for others that is reflected by your actions in helping those in need is more than admirable. I cant express how much the people of this board have effected me. Thank you

Those of you that I have been fortunate enough to meet in person or talk to on the phone I will miss our conversations. Those of you that I have yet to interact with I will have a lot of time when I return to make that right. Each one of the people that I have come to know here are the epitome of what I hope I represent each time Im away..I have been blessed.

Mr. Yost keep in touch, I will be looking forward to hearing about that build on the Colt you have.

Mr Christiansen thank you for all of your help and Ill be writing you with pictures and a run down on that piece of steel you made is holding up.

Uncle Lou, Im looking forward to toting my pistol around in your leather. And don’t forget scheduling my thong fitting with your lovely assistant when I get back.

To everyone...Gun pron is all Ill have to look forward to and the weapons that are posted here are by far the most beautiful around. So do me a favor, post lots of them.

Take care and keep your heads down.

Jim

Jim,

You keep your head down my friend. Remember you have hundreds of souls beside you over there and we will protect you and keep you safe.

Jim isn't this site great? It gives a person hope in the face of fear and this group will protect you when your down. A few years ago I had all but given up on life and Ted and the others of this fine site made me want to get up each morning.

They will do the same for you Jim and before you know it you'll be home.

(Don't tell Lou I said anything but it is he who takes the measurements.) Just picture Lou in Drag that will keep you going for a year!!!!!!!!

Jim, bon voyage if there's any chance of that. Treat the good ones good and the bad ones bad...... above all come home safe and sound. Count on an unexplainable warm and fuzzy feeling when we get together at SHOT and collectively wish you were there. We'll do the right thing with "the package", rest assured.

I just hope the SEC doesn't bust me for insider trading. You see, today I sold all my stock in Enemies of the US, Inc., based on the knowledge that you were getting back into it.

Stay in touch such as you can.......

Captain Tighe, we await the victorious return of you and your men. In the meantime, let us know what we can send you from the States, whether it's batteries for your essential gear, magazines for the down time, CD's, etc. You name it... I am sure everyone here at LTW would gladly pony up to help make your time overseas as enjoyable as possible.

Our troops have my undying respect, gratitude, and admiration. God bless.

Dave

Jim....Godspeed to you, sir. As you can see you are in the thoughts and prayers of a lot of great people here who await your safe return. Please, if I have learned one thing from this forum in the short time I have been on it is this--these men do not make empty promises! If you or your men need anything at all just mention it and we will make it happen! If you read my other posts you will see that I work as a civilian for the Department of Defense/Army. I can probably get things through channels to you when needed and would do everything to do so. PM me your APO address if you have it and we'll do just like you and your guys--we'll deliver the goods.

I just spoke with Jim, he is in Miss. Should be enroute to Afghan. the first of Feb.

He is doing great and received his Alessi leather which is accompanying him. He will post pics of Alessi Leather, Afghan Division when possible.

A note of congrats to the good Capt. who recently was married to a wonderful and beautiful woman. Pam deserves a round of applause for that one! :)

Jim, my heartfelt concern and admiration for a trooper in going in harms way. Stay safe my friend.

Al
