The pouch is simply outstanding; you guys owe it to yourselves to try one. And Mark is a great guy to deal with. This is the bottomline; the expanded review is below.

About two weeks ago I found myself without a concealment mag pouch that I needed for my upcoming training class. I started to look around for ANY pouch, and ended up buying Mark's horizontal pouch from one of the members here.

Now, my belt is 1.25 and the pouch was for 1.5 belt. I didn't even ask the seller 'cause the common notion is that 1.5 gear will work on 1.25 belt as long as a belt is of good quality. Not so with a horizontal design since the force of pulling/reholstering the mag is coaxial with loop and belt, and, unless the pouch is tight on the belt, it'll shift.
Trying to come up with a fix, I emailed Mark, and he offered to replace my pouch for 1.25 one. For free. I was speechless, and in one week, just in time for my class, I got a new, beautifully crafted pouch. The leather and stitching are excellent, and it feels very robust yet light.

Mark may have some problems marketing this :D , 'cause how do you market something that nobody can see? I mean, nobody could see where that mag was coming from. I had it positioned at @ 8:30, by my left kidney, with mag baseplate towards the buckle and rounds facing the ground. I could push it towards the middle of the back for a complete concealment and still reach it easily, or I could pull it towards 9:00 position for a faster reach.

I prefer horizontal orientation in general, and I've been wearing my cell phone horizontally for a year now, 'cause it doesn't impede bending. With this pouch, you bend, you hyperextend, you drive - you don't feel it, it doesn't dig anywhere.

And, finally and, perhaps, subjectively, I found that I am a bit faster with this pouch than with a conventional one. I think it's due to two things. First, the mag is positioned a bit lower and for me with my long arms, I need to contort them less to reach it. Second, you kind of cock your wrist to reach the mag, and it just snaps out in one straight line towards the gun.

This completes my unsolicited plug in. Thanks, Mark!
