Too seldom while surfing the errornet, you stumble upon a web site that looks so promising and has ZERO substance. LTW is not that type of site, the people of this site make it the best place on the internet. This was proven once again last week in a smaller way.
I had the pleasure to sit and chat with 2 of the smiths from here on LTW...sadly I did not get a chance to get to Pheonix to meet the Yo-Bo crew. I had the pleasure to meet and talk shop, guns, and alittle bit of everything under the sun with Chuck and Don, these 2 gentleman took the a break to sit down and share some time and know how with me on my vacation last week...Thanks guys.
I am awed by the work they produce and and the level of skill and professionalism these men have...one would be hard pressed to find better people, they just happen to build great guns. thanks again for your time, I truely enjoyed the visit! Just wanted to thank you both again.

Couldnt' agree more Mark. Both of these guys represent the most consistent and high quality work the industry has to offer. I am not kissing their ass either.....I don't really like either of them.

I also think that it speaks VOLUMES about the character of these smiths and holster craftsmen, that so many of the members on this site feel it worthwhile to make time on family vacations to go and actually meet them. And along with that, all kidding about wait times aside, but that ALL of these masters will take time to drop everything and visit with a member, kinda makes you wonder about the one "gunsmith" out west that charges $100 dollars just to take a phone call or respond to an e-mail......pretty pompous if you ask me. Once again, I am humbled to be in such great company as the gentle folk on this site!!!

Last year I had a similar visit with Ted and the crew at Yo-Bo. We get to read what they post and see that their actions do speak Louder Than Words but it just tops it off to meet some of them. I hope to someday meet a share a few words with each of them. Glad to hear you had such a nice visit.

Definitely top notch fellers, Don & Chuck. Their work raises the bar.

I plan on meeting them some day.....
