I agreed, and I figured it should be a nice one, so I did this one in Full Coverage Elephant for a Government Model 1911.

Very nice looking rig John. I actually looked at the pics before reading the text and tried to figure out who made it. My final guess was Lou, although I've never seen any of his stuff in elephant. Second guess was Garrity. What's that quote in the old cigarette ads?...."you've come a long way baby".

It is hard to find a day where the Sun actually shines here on the Western Side of Washington in the Winter. The first year we lived here there was 149 consecutive days of rain, starting in Mid-November (96 inches for the year)!!

John, hey,your already getting a lot of my work and believe me it's awesome as it is!! Your right about the rain, personally I wish the snow would come back!!

Those new pics are sweet. I have a question, hope it doesn't make me look stupid. It doesn't look like there's a rear belt slot cut, do you wait until the holster is totally done to cut it? Or do you wait until you decide on the cant? Hope this isn't a dumb question, I just noticed that about the slot and thought I'd ask.

Good catch - I usually would have it done before it is molded, but ...

Since this one was so nice and my bag punch so crappy, I ordered a custom punch and it hasn't arrived yet. When it does I will punch out the slot and remold that portion.
