Posted in the accessory area as a WTB, but thought I'd see if anyone here knows where to get an old Swenson thumb safety. Any leads?

Hoser:

He may have made some originally in carbon steel, as they were welded up individually.

The stainless ones offered for sale later on were never made in carbon steel, according to the best information I have.

So I guess the only option would be hard chrome the whole thing or some sort of Black T finish.

How does blackening stainless thumb safety look on a blue carbon steel gun -- totally mismatched?
:?

Hey Hoser, swing down to Kings Gun Works, last time I was there they had a bunch. They used them on some builds, but ordered about 50.
