Okay, tomorrow is the big day. My fiance stephanie is going in to deliver our first child (her second, my first). So on fathers day I kinda got myself a present. My last camera was an old HP 3.1MP from back in the day when 3.1 was top o the line. It didn't take a close up worth a crap, but most general pictures overall were okay. My new camera is a Fujifilm Finepix S6000FD, 6.3MP with 10.7 optical zoom. So here are a few random pictures while I practice with all the buttons and gizmos on this thing!

Back shot of 1911 from Harrison Custom. Its a Springfield GI thats been overhauled pretty good by John.

Ostrich Belt in gray from Rafter Gunleather. Next year when the 10mm project of mine is completed (hopefully), I'll track me down a IWB holster in matching gray ostrich to saddle her up.

Stephanies first child, Jaxon. He's alot of fun and quite the character.

Corey, great pictures, especially of Jaxon. My prayers are with your family for a safe delivery. We are expecting more pictures of the newborn soon!

Short trip home.

ITS A BABY GIRL!!!

6lbs 14 oz, 19" long. I'll post pictures tomorrow when I have more time at home. Right now I'm just picking some things up and heading back to the hospital. Everything went well with the birth!

Well, now that she has had your child, I think she deserves a wedding and if your gonna have a wedding then you'll need to tell all your friends that for wedding gifts y'all are registered at Yost-Bonitz, The Action Works, Harrison Designs or just put the LTW web address on the invitations for wedding present ideas!

p.s. I would send her ring to Tripp to be chromed or maybe have it Etreated!

Just don't let her send the wedding ring to Ned for Coneymids, b/c when you tell her your getting a new custom 1911 and she hits you you'll have Chuck's golf ball treatment across you face!

I have too much energy today I'm gonna shutup and go shoot! 8)

on the new baby. and the very nice high power. hmmmm...the quote above "Just don't let her send the wedding ring to Ned for Coneymids" makes me wonder what that would look like. He might be willing to make something like that...

Actually her engagement ring would leave a pretty good mark if she ever decided to punch me. Luckily I did talk her into letting me get another gun next year to celebrate my first child. So in a way I just got the approval for the 10mm I've been stashing parts for. Muhahah.

We're home now and getting all settled in. She has been a really good baby so far. A little finicky with getting changed and cleaned up, but overall not very fussy. She sleeps good but usually insist on laying on her side...no matter what we do, she finds a way to get on her side.

Oh....we named her Aubrey Diane Kelly.

I'll work on getting some pictures up, but the most recent ones I took were/are temporaily lost because I wasn't paying attention to what button I pushed and formatted the card. Not all is lost, I have a program to recover it but I need to get an XD card reader....three card readers and not a single one of them does XD format. Go figure. But I do have most of the pictures backed up so it wont be a total lost if I can't recover it.

Momma (stephanie) is doing really good. This entire pregnancy started out on a bad note and she hasn't had much good luck since. Shortly after becoming pregnant she was injured in a car accident and suffered some back injuries. She has had to gimp by for most of it because there wasn't a whole lot that could be done until after the baby was born. Then at about 5 months, she fell on her sons toy Tow Mater while going down the stairs to the shower....she tore some tendons in her foot and that foot has been swollen since. She was in a walking boot for a while. Again, not much could be done until after wards. It is kinda funny when you take a pregnant woman to the emergency room...first chance they get they seperate you to ask her if I did it......and with sobbing tears she says, No it was god d*mn tow mater.....lol.

Well, kinda rambling but I'm pretty excited nervous and tired all at the same time. I'll get on getting some pictures up soon guys!

Mr Kelly
Congrats again! I am kind of a pseudo-back expert in that I broke my back in 2 places and herniated (destroyed 1/injured 1) discs. I now am bionic and have the latest greatest spine surgery and am a FDA study guinea pig. If you need any spine advice for the missus just ask and I may be able to help or direct you to websites or Drs who can.

Okay, couple quick baby pictures. These came off of the wifes camera. Waiting on a card reader so I can recover the files from mine.

Congratulations. I am guessing you will wear out that new camera in the coming months taking pictures of the kid.
