Hey Guy's
Tuesday, I received my custom Colt commander 70 series I sent to Don Williams. Sorry, but I do not own the proper equipment to take photo's to post. I can tell you though, I could not be happier with Don's work. This pistol came out better then I even imagined it would.

I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank some of the members here mostly Sparky and Old Law Man for there advice and help during my membership with LTW. I also would like to thank the smiths here for there advice and help. John Harrison, Stan Chen and Chuck Rodgers have given me some real good advice when I needed some reliable information.

Most of all, I would like to thank Don Williams for his patience and recomendations during the build of this pistol. Being my first real custom, I needed all the help I could get. Hopefully in the near future, I can get a hold of a digital camera and post some pic's and parts/work info of this beautiful custom.

Thanks,

Pete Gallo

Thanks Pete. Actually, I took some pictures, which I'm really poor at, and got so flim-flammed that I only got one pic of the gun from the side. Anyway, herewith are some of the pics I did take.

Very, very nice! The work looks impecable. One I'd be proud to own. I particularly like the standard "old style" ring hammer as opposed to the much more common oval slot. A nice change/retro effect.
