OK, most of us are spoiled rotten with custom 1911's. But any of you like any DA guns, like the Sig P220?

I have a SIG P226 in 9MM.

Runs great, reliable, and I can keyhole with it all day long.

I have 2 Sig 220's that I carried on duty for nine years or so, they are great pistols and would still be carried if my agency had not approved the 1911 a couple of years back. I also have a 15 year old Sig 226(9mm) that I went through the academy with and carried for 2 years, it is by far the best pistol I have ever shot straight out of the box. I qualify once a year with a 220 and keep it in my gear bag. Of course if I have trained hard with the 1911 I do cheet and stop by the range for a box of ammo before qualifications. When I get range duty with a Cadet class I routinely carry the 220 as most of them carry DA or Glocks.

I have a few DA - the Sig never could pass muster with me - the H&K USP is a wonderful DA tho.
All these exhibit match grade accuracy out to 20 yds. and extreme reliability.

Colt Govt/Commander are my first love tho. Custom Combat Commander for ccw.

Click thumb-nails for the biggies...hehehe :P

Hard chrome .40, snuggling with a stainless .45. Virgil Tripp put the serrations and hard chrome on the .40sw

This is a rare USP ODGreen Tactical in .45

I enjoy my P220. I want to send it to Greyguns for some TLC. Hopefully this year. If I keep looking at photos on this board, it might have to wait.
