This is a custom commander-length, bull barrel .40 with ripple accents throughout. Extremely pleasant to shoot, and with a Robar NP3+ finish, is very corrosion resistant and easy to maintain.

Very nice... you call that a "bevel butt"? :P

How does the ripple front strap work for grip?

Thanks. I really don't have a name for the mag guide/mainspring housing mod - "mini-bob" perhaps? The rippled frontstrap increases the surface/contact area, and even though it doesn't look like it, it does provide an exceptionally secure grip. I built a commander length 10mm with a similar frontstrap treatment and was very pleased with how well it performed in helping to manage the heavy recoil - even with sweaty hands.

I don't know... I'm really liking bevel-butt.

Wedge-butt, wedge-tail, skull crusher... dangle angle.

I give up. Still... darn nice pistol.
