Hello:

A few questions for the S&W experts:

Any idea how long it will take the new S&W 986 to actually show up- and how close to the MSRP will the gun actually retail? I've been out of it a while but this gun has caught my attention.

Thanks in advance!

Brent

Don't know when they will hit the stores, but I have one in my hot little hands right now.

Well, I had to put it down to type.....

Patrick:

Nice to hear from you. It's been about a decade since I've seen you in person.

What are your impressions of the 986?

Brent

This is the 7-shot L frame 9mm, right?

Nice carry gun, if you wanted an L frame carry gun. Reloads fast, and +P ammo isn't a problem.

It can no-doubt be slicked up, but within the limits of a full moon clip revolver.
