I have a 2 of these in 9mm Hi cap and I would like to get a different trigger as the stock one is terrible :o , very difficalt to use. These are early models, 1=1981 the other is a '84. Both are as new maybe 1 box thu em. I am now getting back into shooting and would like to have 1 of these worked on and will eather sell or trade the other for a .45.

There is always the custom shop at Smith & Wesson. A friend of mine pick up a nice 629 with 8 3/8" barrel He wanted something shorter so he called and they put a heavy barrel 6" on it for about $175.00 and cleaned the finish while it was there.
