It might be slightly off topic so I apologize in advance.

I got my Dillon's catalogue yesterday and what do I spy? A Retro Yo-Bo sight for the Glock. Which is pretty groovy because (I might be outing myself here :D ) I own a G35 but hate the stock sights.

I was set to replace them with Heinie's but am digging the way your sights look. I have two questions about them. 1) Will they ever be offered with tritium lamps? 2) Do you offer or can you guys modify the front sight with the gold inlay?

Thank you.

The rear sight lacks sufficient depth to accept tritium lamps, but the front sight can certainly have tritium installed. A gold line is also an option, but you'll have to get that through us. I'm not doing all that work for the catalog guys

I am going to give this a shot even though I am a technological klutz.

As you can see they look a lot like little red x's :P . Ted has them on his sight under the prices tab. Click on that tab and find the retro Glock sights.

I don't like them..... they are too untraditional since they're not made of plastic!

I'm with you, Ned. Why on earth would anybody make a part for a gun that melts when you throw it in the dishwasher to clean it?

I really know a guy who does that. The thought is like nails on a chalkboard for me.

Would throwing a stainless gun in the dishwasher be a bad thing? Sounds like it might work. I've never tried it. Can't be worse than using Simple Green on it like a smith on a tape I have does.

Curious, Theo
