I know many on this list have worked on project guns for many service groups. Has anyone knowledge of the WWP rejecting money from the sale or raffle of firearms. I donated a photo shoot of a finished gun and was told by the builder that the group will not take the money from the raffle of the gun. I think is was a National Guard unit raffling the gun.

I can just tell ya Greg that we approached them a few years back. I don't recall there being a problem with it being a gun but I think we got the impression that they were going to be bureaucratically difficult to work with. BUT... I sure have seen them mentioned in many. many places since then-- so things have likely changed.

I realize this is an old post, but for some reason it has escaped me previously. The WWP moniker caught my eye this evening. I am a combat wounded SEAL and I have absolutely no affection for WWP. I was recently treated for TBI and while being treated every single combat wounded veteran I encountered despised WWP, as well.
