W  W!! That's an amazing piece of work! The contrasts are striking! Artwork, sir, artwork from an artist. I can't even imagine the number of hours spent on the polishing, much less on all of the metalwork. I am a firm believer in "if ya got 'em, shoot 'em" but if I owned this one I might seriously consider putting it under glass. :D

Thanks for sharing it.

That has to be the most beautiful pistol I've ever seen. Talk about mirrored finish on the slide!! Chuck, did you have your elbow replaced after polishing that slide. Awesome, thanks for sharing.

Awesome pistol Chuck! The blending on the magwell is beautiful, especially how it flows into the frontstrap. It's always a treat to see your latest creation.

Chuck, your machine work topped off with details like the tapering bevel on the top side of the front sight for Christ's sake is depressing. I mean that in the most envious and respectful way. Ahhh....nice work on the mag well. 8) 8) 8)

Chuck told me that he thought this was the nicest one he's ever done. I'd probably agree. Chuck never disappoints do he? :)

Holy Crap! I've never seen polishing like that! I've seen hoppers on grain trucks that were smaller looking than that mag well!

Truly a work of art Chuck. Good show...

Chuck,

You have created another work of art. I'm sure that owner is salivating to get his hands on it.

Your beavertail fit is SOOOOO!!!!! nice that it is incredible.

Is that your reflection, or did you fall in?
I don't think I've ever heard bluing called an "exotic" finish, but I guess you could there.

Yep, that one will do. I kept seeing details. I had plenty of time to look as the pics loaded, so in that picture of the muzzle end, I think I counted 15 or 16 different things that had been done.
Wow.
Wow.

Wow.

Great looking pistol! How many lines per inch are the serrations on the top of the slide?

Aside from the obvious workmanship (blah blah, Chuck rules, blah blah :P ), I find it interesting how someone can take the same basic platform everyone else uses, do broadly the same things (beavertail, checkering, new sights, etc.) and wind up going in a totally different direction with it.

Been away from the 'puter and just saw the close-ups of this one. Spent WAY too much time absorbing the details. Awesome, Chuck! The pistol really flows.

The high polish is impressive as is the fit of the parts. What really impresses me is how the lettering appears to still be perfect. ok, I'll say it again......Wow!!! This is one of the most beautiful presentations I've seen and I bet it shoots as good as it looks.
