A little over two years ago, I started a build using a Baer 5" oversize frame/slide as the foundation. Because my regular backlog is pretty heavy, I only devoted an hour every week or two to it. Kind of a 'back burner' project, if you will.

Finally finished it. Hope you enjoy the pics.

As I scrolled down to the first picture, Burton's dog Gunner came into the offfice and released a toxic cloud that turned all the paper on the desk a light brown, and for a moment I almost lost consciousness. I wanted to scream, but I'd have had to inhale.

But I stayed. I held my breath, my watering eyes dripping onto the keyboard.

This gun is that cool

Great work, Tim!

Are you kidding? Holding out on us huh Tim....get a little quiet for a month or two and then bring out this BMF? There are alot of things to like about this one. 40lpi inset cocking serrations, matching slide top. And the rear of the slide checkered? You are sick and so is that gun. Looks like it shoots to. Those stocks really set this one off. I quit.

For a full house, I don't think it gets any fuller than that.

I like the Hi Power cuts with the ball cut on the front of the slide.

Wow Timster............Terrific job. One of the things most of us are fighting with nowdays is how to do something a bit different, given that people have been playing with the 1911 for 95 years now. Tim has done that here once again.

What an elegant piece. That is simply outstanding style and grace. You can tell that is a CT Brian piece from any angle.

Tim,

You said it would have some things I had never seen before and you are sooooo right. It looks absolutely terrific! I love how you do things that have never been done before but make it look like it should have been designed that way from the beginning. I especially love the “sunken” rear cocking serrations and the rear of the slide treatment. It also looks like the underside of your slide stop got some attention on this one. Nice touch! I love it!!

Very nice my friend!!!

I think the thing I like best about your guns is that everything looks like it belongs. Each modification compliments the next and nothing seems out of place. IMO, that is one of the grandest achievements for building a full-house gun.

Gun and builder!!

I'd ask to hold it and stroke it, but that sounds wrong in so many ways

WOW !!! That is one of the nicest looking pistols I have seen in moons. I love the front sides of the slide and the serration borders a lot. The taper on the front site is awesome. Even the barrel bushing is magnificent. You guys gotta stop posting these beauties. You are making me starting to think about cheating on John... :P

Tim, I see a whole bunch of little details and ideas that are..... are.... definitley worth "borrowing"

As if you haven't influenced my work enough over the years.

Never thought I'd be in the same "club" with C.T. Brian...... this is so cool. That's a great bit o'work there Tim, it definitley says, "CT was here"!

I look at this gun and I look at Chuck's gun, and I then compare it to a Kimber I saw on another forum going for nearly $5000. For what you guys do you should be charging $10,000 a gun, unless of course it's for me. :D Excellent work by both of you guys.
