I believe Jim Garthwaite has built on for John Farnam and was reasonably impressed with some of the engineering, especially the magazines.

Hopefully when you get yours you can figure out how to make it run reliably with +P ammo. That gun has a lot of promise and would like to buy one but I won't until it can handle hotter loads.

I have one and now just waiting for a part [alum MS/H] then I will be sending it out to have the grip checked. I also replaced the thumb safety with a single.

Next refinish the frame and small parts with Springfield armory coat.


I would like to see Springfield come out with a flush magazine for the EMP.
